"The room was filthy with literal dirt on the sheets and pillow case, hair and debris on the floor, mold/mildew in the shower. Called Expedia customer service immediately and spoke with Dominic who offered another hotel for an additional charge totalling over $800 for four nights assuring me it was a 5 star facility. Upon arriving there it was also filfthy and seemed dilapidated with every floor at some point having crumbling flooring. The room was again not clean with some of the same issues as the first. Upon reaching out to Dominic again and refusing to stay for just one night as he requested, he then began blaming me saying i was the issue that no other clients are complaining. I asked for a refund and said I would find our lodging. Being without lodging 1500 miles from home is not ideal and very stressful but we are not willing to stay in filthy conditions."

"For a budget hotel this was a great experience. The room was clean when I showed up and it was quiet and comfy. Dogs are absolutely allowed and you will see other guests on the property with them but I never actually heard any of them barking while I was in my room. I extended my stay at the desk and ALMOST got locked out of my room on my original checkout date because they didn't reprogram my key when I paid for my extra days but luckily i made it home 20 minutes before the office supposedly closes and had time to get the issue rectified. No idea if anybody woulda been there after hours but it seems reasonable to believe someone would have been. The area around the hotel is a little rough around the edges but I never actually felt unsafe during my stay despite a few sightings of "interesting" people meandering about the surroundings of the property. They all minded their own business. This is an extended stay hotel and my room had a full sized fridge, microwave and stovetop. Room service has yet to"

"This is the second time our family has stayed at this property. They have a great breakfast every morning. We have 5 people age 14 and over in our family, so it is nice to find a place that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 3 beds plus a pull out couch and a kitchen. The pool area is very nice. It would be nice if there was another hot tub or at least a bigger one. There is only one, and it is small. Maybe 6-8 people can fit. We have 5, so that doesn't leave room for many more. Also the pool closes at 10pm. It would be nice if it would be open until 11pm, or at least 10:30pm. They come around and make you leave at exactly 10pm. The property is in a nice location. There is a Fry's grocery store next door and many eating establishments. We enjoy this property."
