"We stayed at Kunesias twice on our trip to Italy - at the beginning and end of our stay. The airport shuttle is convenient. It's €25 in the day and €30 at night. The staff was really helpful and kind when it came to giving us directions to get to Palermo and the check in both times went super smoothly. Rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also really good!"

We really appreciated the communication with helping us for our arrival which was late at night and assistance in getting us the service we needed upon check out for our continued trip. I would recommend this hotel as a stay if you are looking for some quiet time to relax. The pool was also kept very clean."

"Easy checkin, the town is amazing and the property is beautiful. Very helpful hosts. As feedback there are just a couple awkward things in Room 2! We had the two-bedroom unit with a balcony. The AC is only in one of the rooms, so if they close the door they will be hot. The bathroom is open-air partial walls. Like an airport bathroom wall or so - meaning everyone will see your feet. And hear… everything. And the TV in the main room faces the door - you can’t watch from the bed. Only from the...

"They were very kind and helpful because my neighbor got locked out of their apartment because they accidentally left their key in there and I called the owner and he came promptly. Very good property. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Italy."
