The general manager was unhelpful and charged me $400 because I had a dog with me even though it clearly states online “pets stay free.” I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Stay in a newer hotel. Skip this one altogether. Not a good place to stay. "

"This place gets the job done. No frills, not fancy, but a tremendous location. Came into town for the weekend to go to urban air and then Sahara Sam’s waterpark. Both places are awesome, highly recommend. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a lot of weird extra space. I had just stayed the weekend before in New York City and my hotel room was about the size of a cruise ship room, so the bathroom was huge and we had a balcony looking at the pool, which was obviously closed for the season. Breakfast was fine, beds were comfortable, not a luxurious spot, but that’s not what I paid to get. Would recommend. There were some sketchy looking patrons around, but everybody was nice and friendly. I mean, we were in the armpit of America. Respectfully."
