"Found pills on the floor, got moved to a new room. New room had mold behind the mirrors and bed frame. The towels smelled like they’ve been sitting in a musty room for a long time. It’s a very cute hotel in photos but maybe it was just my experience that was awful. "

"A great hotel for a big island stay. Rooms we're clean and the staff was great about house keeping etc. The veiw was absolutely amazing (I guess you'd need a ocean side room). Luau's are offered, and are totally worth the price. There's two pool areas, one is a standard pool with ocean side views (and drinks!). The other is more of a ocean tide pool (lots of fish and critters!). One of the best vacations I've had and this place made it all the better. "

"This is the first time weve stayed at this hotel. Weve stayed at many other hotels near disneyland and this is one of the best. Clean rooms, plenty of food options near by, and you cant beat the walk. Took about 10 minutes from our room to security. The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors but its nothing crazy The only thing i would change is wall mounted bottles in the shower. The tiny bottles of soap need to go. We definitely will be back!"

"Great hotel and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. The staff was friendly and everything felt comfortable and well maintained. The only small inconvenience was the parking, but overall it was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
