Super nice large clean rooms. Expedia rooms were on highway end of building at a very busy stoplight. Very noisy all night.

Very clean. Friendly service. Easy to register and checkout. Good amenities and breakfast options. Free breakfast and wifi. Plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bathroom fan was broken or no fan. Not fault of hotel but be aware train whistles repeatedly all night.

Had an amazing stay! Breakfast was amazing and the hotel was so nice and clean! Wonderful staff they were very helpful and nice! Indoor pool was heated and very clean! My family and I will definitely be staying here again!!!

It’s not the property , it’s them telling us the hotel is over sold and there is what appears to me numerous childrens sports teams staying . Children running the halls yelling , cursing , doors slamming. Large gathering outside with the grill and fire pit , just very loud . Not ideal for other guests .

Very clean, loved the kitchen for extended stay. The highway is VERY noisy. There are freight trains. If you’re a light sleeper be prepared. If the room fan would have the ability to stay “on” it would help with white noise.

What did we like? Everything! Easy to find, good location (we were going to Miami U in Oxford). This was my 1st stay with this chain but not my last. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rima and Richard who were the night staff were absolutely fabulous!!

Need luggage racks in the rooms!
They don't provide luggage racks for our suitcases and that was a real flaw. When we inquired about it, we were told to use the dining table. But we wanted the dining table for eating and desk work! The room is spacious and there's plenty of space for a luggage rack. We had two rooms, and in one of them it took a long time for the water in the shower to get hot. Other than these issues, it was fine. Pricy but quiet and comfortable.

I've Stayed Here Before and I'd Stay Again
I've stayed here multiple times. This was one of the most enjoyable stays, because I wasn't surrounded by door slammers (until the last night) and it wasn't too busy. I had a few small issues with my room (a light wouldn't turn on and I was missing a coffee pot), and when I returned from work, those were both fixed. The people at the desk were friendly, as was one of the people who took care of breakfast set up.

Nice hotel
Had a nice stay here. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Lots of reviews complaing about traffic and trains, but its not like people try to make it out as. Think i was awakened by one train, but i also wake up during the night multiple times, so cant completely blame a train. Had a GFI in the bathroom that kept tripping out, and i let the staff know. Also, the biggest negative wouldve been that the door to the room was hard to shut. Also reported it to get it fixed. Noticed this first time leaving the room, so it didnt bother me, because i checked it whenever we left for activities. I told front desk on checkout, and they made a maintenance ticket to have it fixed.

Train horns and broken appliances
Book this hotel and get a nice wake up call from a train a few times a night. Don’t worry they give you ear plugs to sleep with but don’t tell you why they are giving them to you. Also had a beep every minute from the dishwasher. Their solution was unplug it. 3 night trip and they couldn’t get it fixed so cleanup of the kitchenette was fun.

Fairfield suite hotel
The staff/customer service was excellent from the front desk. I had to call twice about missing items in my room: no silverware (these suites have full kitchen) and conditioner was empty in the bath. There was no regular caffeinated coffee in my room. These appear to be housekeeping faults. Also, my room had a big empty space which appeared to be where a sofa should be. ... The free breakfast included the usual hotel items, not very good, an used Styrofoam plated and plastic cutlery. The location was convenient on a major thoroughfare but the area is not walkable!
