We had an awesome time at my daughter’s graduation ceremony where she received her masters degree! The room was nice and clean, warm and very inviting! I loved that it was warm and that the tv was on when we arrived! We ate downstairs and it was also very good! We had a little bit of a wait for our dinner but we did have 13 people in our group. We waited 45 minutes to get a drink and we were there for 2 hours. They forgot to put in one persons dinner order but it came out pretty quickly! Our room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable!Overall it was a great experience! Thank you Hyatt for a great nights stay

Attended an event across the street at Duke Center, decided to take a walk and lots of homeless people, both sleeping on the sidewalk and ‘assertively’ panhandling - no police presence. The hotel itself was very secure so we kept our trip confined to the hotel, across the street and back 😬

We liked it very much. Easy check in. No wait. Valet guys were very nice and prompt. Easy walk to fountain area and to the Arnoff Theatre where we were seeing SIX. Lots of activity in the area and very safe. Visible police presence.

Nice location and room. Valet staff was badgering all guests not using their services at check in and check out, telling them to park in the street. It was extreme. Guests should have the option to load and unload in the designated zone considering the hotel does not have parking and you have to find it down the street.

Property was fine and had stayed there before however our shower head was a handheld and didn’t want to stay in the holder. The bathtub hot/cold dial also came off. Overall shower mechanism was very loose and didn’t appear well installed.

Pool hours are not good, there should be adult only time for the pool. They could offer adult time from 9-11 so that everyone who pays to be a hotel guest can use all the facilities. We were unable to take advantage of the pool because if some sort of convention for home school kids. The area was packed the entire time the pool was open

Great location for the convention center. Hotel has a modern feel. However, my room was worn. Roman shade was broken also had water stains. Bathroom vanity had scratches and dents. Carpet needs to be replaced. Shower fixtures need to be tighten. I could go on and on. It’s just worn!!!!

Best hotel we have stayed at in awhile, we had one small issues regarding the card used for booking but within minutes of my call to the hotel the issue was resolved. Customer service here is top notch!

Stayed here for just one night to experience a Four Star hotel, and it’s definitely not one. The halls were dirty. The bathroom still had shaving cream on the wall from the last person who stayed in the room. Also, I pulled a big wad of hair from the bathtub drain. Overall, not what I expected and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall it was a good room, staff was good, all I would say is the pool was small not sure the definition of "heated" but it was too cold for my liking. The single night visit was nothing spectacular but did the job. It's not the hotel's fault but walking through several clouds of pot smoke on the streets with 2 10 year olds was a bit of a concern. Why they ban cigarette smoking in public but not marijuana is curious. I would recommend the Hyatt though.
