"The owner of the property and the housekeeper are so kind. They are the kindest people whom I met in Italy.
Room is very clean, there is no mold or dirt at all. There are lots of amenities such as shampoo, body soap, body moisturizer, cotton pads and cotton buds, and hand wash.

"The place was super clean, the host was very friendly and helpful. Waited until super late for us to arrive, even though we came later than expected. He gave us great recommendations, and even provided assistance with getting a ride to the Amalfi Coast. Couldn't have asked for a better host. I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't give a review as soon as I returned. I'm leaving a review a year later, thats how great he was!"
"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. "Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und sehr gut per Ubahn erreichbar direkt in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone. Gegenüber ist ein Parkhaus.
Das Frühstück muss man sich selbst machen; alles dazu steht bereit. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr gute und freundliche Betreuung durch Carlos und seinen Partner. Daher absolut für einen mehrtätigen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen."

"The hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need.
The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"

Al llegar es un poco confuso ya que es un edifico viejo y es como una vecindad al entrar. Hay que pagar 10 céntimos para usar el elevador. Uno tiene que subir sus maletas 1 piso al llegar. Ya en el hotel no hay queja. Un lugar muy bonito con staff muy amable y una sala de café espectacular. Camas muy muy cómodas . Un poco retirado del centro. Esperen caminar. "
