"Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall."

"The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor. There are nice cafeterias nearby and was close to family we were visiting."

"Péssima experiência. A suíte não foi a que reservei, a recepcionista não encontrou minha reserva e me colocou em qualquer quarto. A tranca da porta estava em péssimo estado, comprometendo a segurança. A pia vazava, o ventilador fazia muito barulho, e o conforto é muito ruim: cama desconfortável, travesseiros finos e cabeceira estrutura de tijolo. Falta total de manutenção e organização. Não recomendo."

"Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. "The stay was good for over night. I would just hope they focus on cleanliness a bit more. Found lots of hair that was long (I have short hair) all over room and bathroom. Once found a ball of hair and don’t even know where it came from. Also it’s pretty obvious that they water down the shampoo to make it last longer. Pump into hand and all of it leaves hand immediately. Focus on guest experience more. "

"Really great hotel overall. Bathrooms on the room maybe need a refresher. Very helpful stuff. Great and fast valet parking service. They have your car nearby, that makes it really convenient and they also have a garage available. Breakfast is great with lots of options in a buffet. They also have a restaurant that I didn’t try. All the facilities are really well maintained like the pool. I loved this hotel. I would 100% stay there again."
