"Great place"

"Absolutely wonderful place! The desk agent, Camille, spoke excellent English, was polite, friendly, and more than helpful. After she escorted us to our room and gave us a tour, she was happy to draw a nice tour to fit our needs. The porters and valets were friendly and helpful as well. The spa is huge. The only drawback is that we stayed only one night. Robes, slippers, thick towels, spacious shower, deep tub in our room. The robes were so lush I had difficulty closing my suitcase!!! 😁 ...

"The hotel was fine, it was clean, centrally located and modern. However, the staff member who checked us in was extremely abrupt to the point of being rude. The breakfast was fairly average - the scrambled eggs were inedible and there wasn’t a lot of choice if you don’t like processed meats and cheese."

"Was not disappointed with this space. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. Looks cheesy in the photos, but in reality looked so much better. Shower was amazing. Sky light in room. Very charming. Felt safe. Very walkable neighbourhood. We were on the top floor. Took a the smallest elevator up to the 3rd floor then had to walk up to the 4th floor where are room was. Again very charming. "

"The room was tiny, without any decoration, just bare walls. It felt like we were staying at a monastery. We chose the hotel for the location, right on the cathedral square. We had warning that there’s no parking at the hotel, but no warning that it’s completely inaccessible by car. I had to park five blocks away and walk to the hotel to check in, and ask for instructions where to park. The closest public parking structure, at the Cathedral Parking, was very difficult to find. Don’t count on...

"Rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel pour cette chambre dans établissement récent. Grand lit confortable, grande douche très propre. 3 petites remarques pour être au top : - ajouter 2 petits verres ( en carton par ex. - bien préciser sur le site qu'il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux - la matière du protège matelas fait transpirer. Mais, très satisfait et en plus, le personnel est souriant et sympathique. Bravo."

"Wenn man als Paar mit zwei Koffern reist, hat man keine Chance, seine Kleidung irgendwo unterzubringen. Das Zimmer ist so klein, dass man kaum Bewegungsfreiheit hat. Das Personal hat es nicht geschafft, innerhalb zwei Tagen ein fehlendes Handtuch zu ergänzen. Im Bad führt ein Mix aus unpassenden Materialien, Murks von Handwerkern und unmotiviertem Reinigungspersonal zu einem unbefriedigenden Sauberkeitseindruck. Ein kaputter Mülleimer wurde nicht ersetzt."

"Large room and very convenient hotel location with plenty of free parking around the property. Bathroom is a bit strange: toilet is in a separate room which feels like an airplane bathroom. Large bath tub AND shower in the bathroom, so why the couldn’t be a toilet instead of the bath??? Air conditioning did not cool the room at all, but staff provided a floor standing unit which helped a lot"
