"We were told to download the app for the smart room. We did and it didn't work. Had to go back to front desk where he unlocked something but didn't show me. The phone charger plug next to bed did not work. The app would not turn the main lights off and had to go to night mod to shut them off. If we went down a flight, the wifi would kick us out. "Way too much street noise it was really hard to sleep. I had to wear airpods to bed... it got so bad I checked into a different hotel one night just to get some decent sleep. Also way too much construction noise in the morning. I was woken up at 6 am one morning due to hammering noise. Great location and clean but avoid if you are a light sleeper."
