And the communication is dialed in - with super helpful emails and near immediate response through Whatsapp. Also, there was some trouble with a taxi strike and on the way back to the airport the cleaning staff worked with me doggedly to have a friend transport us and made sure we made it in the car and were taken care of. Stellar support and service for a place that does not have a front desk!"

"No parking, you must walk with your luggage to the hotel a few blocks or so. We enjoyed our stay; the little balcony was great to sit at night. "Great location. About a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis. Lots of restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs which wasn’t a problem for us. "The room was very clean and pretty. The only complaint was the pillows were a little stiff. BUT the staff were lovely. They were very accommodating and helpful. On our last day we had to check out before breakfast was ready, the staff made us a breakfast box to take on our way so we were still able to eat. I was very grateful. "

"The design and set up of the rooms may not be for everyone. The bed is on a stage-like structure so the person sleeping next to the wall has to wiggle their way in. Also the shower and toilet are tiny and the sink is in the room. Theres very little space to put anything. no space in the shower for your toiletries. The staff was avle to offer us a different room with a regular bed and a large bathroom which they usually save for people with disabilities. We were very comfortable in that room. The...
