"Only one issue. When booking on hotels.com it said check was at 15:00 and checkout was at 12:00. When I received information from the hotel on the day of arrival, just few hours before check in, I was now informed check in was at 16:00 and checkout the following day at 10:00. Luckily we had planned to leave at 09:00 but can be an issue to some. "

" Extremely Disappointing Stay – 0/10 Experience I stayed at this apartment and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had when renting accommodation. From the very beginning, there was no hot water at all — for seven full days. I reported it immediately, multiple times, and was told “it would be fixed soon,” but it never was. Diament Plaza Katowice

Diament Plaza Katowice

10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here with the wife for 4 nights, perfect location, shops, train station, bars & restaurants all within a 5 mins walk. Plenty to choose from, only had drinks at the hotel but the food looked very nice and always had people eating. Our room was brill, bed very comfy, nice big walk in shower, heating/aircon. Large tv, small fridge and the all important kettle with tea & coffee. Fantastic place to stay and we will 100% be back when visiting. Taxi from KTW airport was around £20 each way and drive time 40-45mins."
