"Everything about this guesthouse was fantastic. The manager was extremely kind and helpful, the cleaning lady was delightful, you can cook in the kitchen if you want, the beds are super comfortable and the rooms new and sparkling. Highly recommend."

"- The hotel is new, clean with a good condition. - The staffs are very nice and helpful. However, my room had problem with the air condition at night and I tied to call reception many times (more than10 times) but no one picked up the call so I had to go down myself to ask them to come and fix it. When I went down, I found that the staffs were sleeping :( I think it would be better to have front desk staffs stand by for any emergency that could happen during night time. "

"We stayed for three weeks third floor facing the rice patties, which is just wonderful every morning to go out on the balcony have some coffee and see the sites. Very quiet at night. Service was outstanding from the front desk to the manager to the one that tended the Rooms happy birthday HOA! We did try the food on several occasions and it was very good. Lovely 3 weeks!"

"In short. You get what you pay for, don't go expecting a very high standard of service standards or breakfast choices. It's the same old stuff daily. Language is barrier even with translation. Another point to take note, is that they don't even have Credit card payment options. We were told to pay for tours using hard cash, which is not an ideal option, especially if you plan to use cash ONLY for souvenirs, food, shopping at stalls or shops that use only cash. "

"The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from the old town but far enough that you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are lots of very good dining options within a few minutes walk and also several mini marts if you need groceries or breakfast supplies. The kitchen is well equipped and the combination washer/dryer works well and is much appreciated. "Amazing property. Vincent and his family that run it are very helpful. He contacted us on what's app a few days before and got us very well priced transit from the airport. He has lots of recommendations for the area. They do laundry on site, the property is clean and well cared for and they are always there for anything you need. A short walk to all the attractions. This was the best stay in a long time. "
