We found the property clean but in need of maintenance, the Bed was comfortable but moved around on the caster's, The morning of the second night there was a trail of Ants from the front door to the Kitchen and into the Fridge which only had a bottle of milk inside. The location was handy to town and the nightly rate was a reasonable price.

Property was ideal for me, it was within walking distance to the venue I was attending Might have said it had 50 Sky Channels but only came across the sport channels, which was ok for me but couldn't find movies channels

Disappointed

Very tired motel in desperate need of an upgrade. I didn't expect that based on the pictures provided. My room was next to the highway and although the traffic noise was muted, it was still at times quite noticeable, especially as the morning traffic started up. There were other odd noises in the room as well. However, despite it being very bright outside with street and other lights, it was relatively dark in the room. Bathroom floor was discoloured so although clean, it looked dirty. Old stainless steel shower and overall bathroom was large so hard to heat up. Bed was comfortable and good choice of pillows. Didn't use the kitchenette so can't comment. Only bonus was being able to leave my car there until 1pm as parking in the area around the hotel is extremely difficult to find. Overall I was disappointed with the room.

The property was quite a way from the central city. Not near any eating places within walking distance. No one present in reception on arrival, or when we departed. Table very old and needed replacing. Awoke to a hail storm and wanted some hot toast, and found toaster broken down! Not a good motel.

Further from town centre than I expected and didn’t look as good as the photos in real life. On the plus side the room was bigger than expected and kitchenette was very handy.
