It was a very nice, comfortable room. Breakfast was substantial and tasty. There was also parking out front, which is always something I look for when booking.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The pool, steam room, hot tub, and sauna room were very relaxing. Only problem was I showed up at 1:15pm and check in was 2pm. The girl at front desk told me I had to wait. I sat in lobby and watched 3 people check in while I was waiting. Then a 4th person came and I ended up going to another girl and she checked me right away at 10 minutes to 2pm.

We stayes 3 nights. Everything was very good exept the room was not cleaned the first day. We came at night and didnt have clean towels, cups, shampoo etc. Very comfortable bed, friendly staff

Nice Hotel but noisy at night

Very nice hotel in a good location if you love browsing around Monastiraki area. Staff nice, polite and helpful. Furniture brand new and bed super confortable.. Good quality breakfast (May a Little richer Will help..) My poor marks are coming out from a tereible noise by a close disco-club, pumping techno until 3 to 4 am.. Forget tonhave a decente sleep here unless wearing earplugs!! It's a great sin because everything written above (nice staff, clean and new hotel etc) It Is TRUE!.. Direction/property of the Hotel must do something about that or accept tonlose clients..

The hotel was pleasant to look at, rooms clean but the service staff quite unfriendly! We were told that the restaurant couldnt serve food and the reception forgot to make our reservations for a taxi in the morning wich was stressful. Breakfast was ok, it was alot of loud noise from outside the room wich made it hard to sleep. Compared to the price I was not too happy with the experience and I would not stay here again.

It is a nice hotel, but requires serious upgrades. The walls between rooms are very thin and I could hear ALL my neighbors activities (I am sorry to my neighbors...). The water in the shower was changing from scalding hot to cold within few seconds without any warning: the piping seems too poor to serve many rooms. There is a smoking ban in the rooms, but the smoke was reaching my room through the window on many occasions. There is a nice pool and SPA at the basement, but there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower area and the curtain was sticking to my body all the time (a terrible experience !) due to the air flow. Clearly the hotel needs an experience hotel manager to detect and eliminate all these annoying features.

Schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, das tolle Frühstücksbuffet hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, Wellnessbereich (inklusive) mit Schwimmbad, trockener und Dampfsauna, Weerpool. Im Hotelrestaurant hervorragendes Essen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, waren im Hotel Diament Arsenal Palace das erste Mal und kommen wieder gerne. Vielen Dank!

Das Hotel, das Personal und die Therme waren super. Alle Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Da ein Supermarkt in der Nähe ist und die Anbindung an die Straßenbahn und Busse beim Hotel direkt sind ist die Lage ideal

Im allgemeinen sind wir zufrieden.Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Der Wellness Bereich bisschen vernachlässigt, keine Bademäntel und keine großen Handtücher, der Ruheraum braucht bisschen mehr Gemütlichkeit. An der Rezeption war eine Dame, leider nicht so ganz so freundlich, nichts desto trotz kommen wir wieder gerne.

Das hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vielleicht früher war elegant, heute das mobiliar eher altmodisch und abgenutzt. Wirkt etwas schmuddelig... Zimmer extrem eng! Keine 4* Wert!!! Sehr hellhörig! Zimmer sauber. Service an der Rezeption sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht.

Das Hotel habe ich mit meinem Sohn zum zweiten Mal gebucht, immer wieder, dort stimmt alles, Personal freundlich, Therme super, zentral, sauber, Zimmer schön und genug Stauraum, kommen wieder
