"Location was perfect and staff lovely . Cleanliness needs improving ! Hairs in the shower and around the sink ( small black ones) what I hope was dried hand wash on the side of the sink and not dried sick. Washed off our selves with a wet wipe."

"Air conditioning did not work but the room was really hot, you couldn't open the windows apart from a crack due to safety locks so hotel room was really hot. Building works on my floor so the area smelt of paint, coming down the stairs from floor 2 the paint isn't finished off needs all cutting ..."
