I stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be nice with friendly and helpful staff. Communication was sometimes a bit difficult, but I think that is more my fault as I'm a south asian brown guy who speaks with a bit of a Cockney accent, but we got there in the end!! 😆 The bed was a bit more on the firm side of my preference, but I still found it comfortable and was able to have a very good sleep. I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever.

Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. We were extremely well received at the Executive reception. The view of the Skytree from our room was wonderful. The view from the Exec Lounge was even beter and the service was first class. The room was lovely with all amenities. Breakfast was good and as we were leaving early on the Wednesday they left us a lovely selection of buns and croissants for the trip to the airport. We couldn't fault this place! The location is great - super easy to get around and stations, restaurants and 'The Scramble' are all within easy walking distance. You can walk to Harajuku and Meiji Jingu (well worth a visit by the way!) within 30 minutes. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our whole stay.
