The hotel was beautiful, and staff were amazing. I stayed during my birthday and they surprised me with cake and gifts which was really surprising. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I enjoyed the pool, restaurant, and spa facilities. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful surprises were at every turn in this hotel...First, on arrival I was told that breakfast is included for everyone. Then I saw the spacious, beautifully appointed and sparkling clean rooms, complete with large, soft exquisitely comfortable, bed and pillows, a beach bag with luxurious large beach towels inside it, bathrobes and high quality bathroom products..I wandered out to see the stunning pool and view and enjoyed the high quality sauna, steam and ice tooms. In the morning breakfast was sumptuous with a verge to the side of mostly healthy options, but everything that you could possibly want, and chefs on hand ready to cook your eggs as desired, deliver them to your table with a smile. Everything I ate at the restaurant including breakfast and dinners was outstanding! As a bonus, all the staff speak fluent English and there were multiple ways of contacting them for anything I needed. I also had available a yoga room and gym, as well as exercise classes you can join (which were the only thing that incurred an extra charge - If you had time to squeeze them in). As a wellness hotel they also provide many, many options of treatments to look after your body and deal with any issues that have arisen. They provide a handy shuttle to the evening markets when they are on, and the local beach. The beach is also easily walkable There are many options for restaurants and more simple foods, and massage nearby. A wonderful place to spend a week to recharge from busy life!

Absolutely beautiful! I just picked it online because it looked nice but goodness! It exceeded my expectations. And the team there are so lovely and attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience while I stayed with them. And it's close to a lot of things in that area. It was a nice hotel with a great pool and breakfast. Lots of construction going on around the property. Had lunch at the restaurant a pizza but it wasn’t that good, they had the procutto in the oven and it gave it a bad taste. The cocktails are better :)

Lovely hotel and staff

Very well presented hotel with all the comforts you could wish for with extremely helpful and polite staff. Rooms are equipped with full kitchen area, full size fridge and freezer, hob, sink, etc. Comfy bed, decent sized bathroom. Wifi throughout with no issues. Nice pool area. Restaurant nice enough for lunch or dinner, but we mostly opted to go out except on our first night when we arrived after 24hrs travelling. Plentiful, well stocked breakfast offering included. Only downside to this hotel is the area itself as there is so much construction going on, and any pool time spent relaxing was disturbed by constant machinery and drilling noise from local construction sites.

The staff believes in service 100% of the time. This was the most welcoming and friendly staff I’ve experienced in a long time. My every need was attended to. The breakfast was a ten out of ten with the views of the beach from the rooftop. The cleanliness of the room was top tier. Everything was a ten out of ten. The hotel laundry was a bit pricey so I did use the laundry place next door for a themed of the price. I just loved my stay there though and I would stay here again and again! I also loved the free shuttle to the night market! Very convenient! The food at the restaurant was amazing!!

The property is very nice overall. New and spacious rooms. Cool pool on the roof, with a gym, sauna, and ice room which was ideal for recovery. Although there is construction around I did not hear any noise when in the room. Staff are helpful and always greeting with a smile. It was walking distance to my training (10 min) and to the beach (5 min). I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the bangtao area.

This hotel was amazing! The room was spacious and clean. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always helpful. The gym, sauna, and steam room were awesome. The food/drinks were extremely good and tasty. The ONLY negatives about the hotel is that although the food and drinks were extremely good….it was limited. Meaning the menu did not change. Also, although there is a lot of construction happening around the hotel which can’t be helped, it unfortunately does take away from the beautiful aesthetics of the hotel itself. Would I stay at this hotel again?…..ABSOLUTELY I WOULD 10/10
