"The room we got was very clean and spacious. The staffs are well accomodating and responds to our requests was quick. The breakfast was very nice and and the staffs are very attentive refilling everything. We just needed some more items in the room like towels and garbage bags as we’re guest of 5 but it’s quite easy to ask/request the hotel staff with those. The hotel location is good and very accessible as well. We’d book this hotel again on our next trip to Vernon."

"This is a very nice hotel as it has great rooms and the staff are the absolute best. Unfortunately, the grounds are not being looked after as well as it could be. I highly recommend staying there for the rooms, staff and location."

"Staff are great to deal with and very helpful. Pool needs extra care, shower in pool is not working, pool sides needs deep cleaning and floor of pool has couple of peeled spots ...ice maker in 3rd floor is not working .. Breakfast was great and decent varieties"
