"The food in the casino is mediocre. Truck was scratched in the parking lot - hotel security took a picture and told me I'd have to file a report with Edmonton police, no real care on their end. "All staff were very friendly and pleasant, check in/check out were quick and easy. Rooms are clean, but dated. We were in 211. Renovations are happening on other floors so I guess we just got an older room. Air conditioner buttons were worn and we weren’t sure how to turn it on or if it worked. "The breakfast was really nice. Great variety and it was better than expected.
The property has smart tv’s. Bring your Netflix and Paramount passwords. It would have been helpful if they would have told us Pluto was free. We had to search a bit to get local news.

"Great room, amenities were great. Chop was a great place to eat. Pool and hot tub was great. The staff were accommodating in switching us from a king room to 2 queen room. The only thing not great was the wifi and they even gave me a code but it don’t work great in our room. Not a huge deal as it worked better in other areas of the hotel."
