The layout is terrible. The staff was not personable at all nor rude but not pleasant. Room did not look like the pictures and smelled like smoke.Had people dropping stuff in a loud. dumpster out side our window at 11pm and talking loud. Called to the desk and was told it should stop soon, really? ...
