"The room and facilities were extremely clean. I very much enjoyed the extensive gym and how it opened into the terrace where you could also access the pool, jacuzzi and saunas. I would have liked the jacuzzi to be a bit warmer and was disappointed that the rooftop jacuzzi that’s pictured in the hotel information was not open. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was very good, with an omelet station and continental cuisine, including a buffet of fresh local fruits. The spa needs to be reserved in advanced "

"Very good value for the cost. The pool, sauna and hot tub were a great bonus. The checking process was long as there was only one person for a bunch of us. I was instructed to register online abad submit my documents but still had to do so in person, it was very frustrating after a long trip. The entrance to the check-in area directions never came. I checked in twice as no one was able to direct me to Alma (separate area). The room itself is beautiful, clean with all that you need for your stay. There was quite a breeze so it feels very chilly. I moved to a different location as planned in Chapinero and it wasn’t as breezy and chilly."
