"This a quaint, no fuzz hotel. There is a small lift/elevator for 2 people max (w luggage). The rooms are small and older but it gets the job done. The restroom/toilette is spacious and are remodeled compared to the room. What we liked was the helpful staff and the location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Jardin du Luxembourg. Walking distance to plenty of stores and restaurants."

"The staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the big bed. The location was convenient for many attractions. We had problems with the hit water in the shower, but they fixed it right away. The air conditioner did not get very cold. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!"

"We’ve found hairs on bed, but looks like the bed sheet has already been changed. Hotel is under renovation, it blocks some of the window views from outside. No complaints about the location, it is close to Louvre and Notre dame Cathedral"

"The staff were not very helpful as we had a late check in, and the room with the view of the Eiffel Tower is not great and definitely not worth the money we paid. We were going back to Paris 2 weeks later as we love the city with friends and have booked a hotel from round the corner from this one as the area is a lovely spot. Overall disappointed in the hotel and lack of service apart from when checking out the lady at the desk was lovely."

"We enjoyed stay at French Theory. Very attractive, arty setting. We were warmly greeted and assisted to drop off our bags hours before check-in time. Our room was spacious. We had expected a smaller Parisian room. We enjoyed breakfast in the café and would visit again"
