"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "

"Very pleasant stay at this hotel, very quaint, clean. And incredible service, The owner (Mr. Lee & his wife)were very friendly and very informative felt like we were visiting closest friends for a night out, room cleanliness is close to godliness, bedding sheets was so fresh and clean we give this hotel a top bedding condition hotel among the 20 hotels we visited in Korea from 5 stars to 2 stars, even with Low room rate it comes with continental Breakfast was plus, We definitely come back...
