"Extremely friendly, helpful and processional staff. Great location. Although in an older area typical of Naples, nevertheless the suite is very clean and spacious with sufficient amenities, and with our 4-person suite and lobby uniquely decorated with wooden antiquities of the recent past. Not to mention we’ve enjoyed a great breakfast sitting on the balcony overlooking a beautiful garden that has a huge turtle. It’s been a unique and interesting experience. Would come back again."

The property is right in the heart of town, so everything was easy to reach. We could enjoy the lively atmosphere from the street outside, yet once the windows were closed, it was perfectly peaceful inside."

We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow. Its likely because it has bar service, but we ate in the hotel room so not a problem. "Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to your room from a bar downstairs and consists of a choice of hot drink, cold drink and a savoury or sweet snack.
