The room was very cleanly kept and interior design was cute. Staff were friendly and nice. The only downside was that smell of sewage came out from our bathroom. If they were able to fix the problem, I would recommend staying in this hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay here. It was close enough to walk into the downtown but far enough that it was quiet. The pool area was really nice and the breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and different dishes offered every day. The staff was really really friendly at this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

A great stay!!!

What a great stay! Rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly accommodating. We had to check out extremely early on our last day due to catching a flight and they provided a breakfast bag lunch for us without us making any request. Excellent all around!

Lovely Hotel

This is the second year that we have stayed here. Very efficient and friendly staff, who were very helpful when I needed to print off, sign and return (electronically) a document to the UK. Spacious and clean swimming pool area with beds and chairs. The only criticism I have is that the sunbeds need cushions.

Great Hotel

I was very happy with the service received at Villa Sanpakoi. I will start with the level of client services. All the staff were very attentive to any request that you have. They're always reafy to help with their beautiful smile. The breakfast was delicious and there was a different menu every day. The place is spotless. The pool is very nice. If you are not looking for a fancy hotel but a clean, decent comfortable and enjoyable, villa Sanpakoi is your hotel ro go to. The location is great. Not in the DT core of Chiang Mai but not too far.

Clean, cozy, comfy little get away in Chiang Mai.

After searching for a decent hotel with so many options, we decided on Villa Sanpakoi and we are happy with the decision. Clean, comfy and the staff was super friendly. The beds were a bit firm but clean. The water pressure lacking and at times the hot water would turn off but in the Thailand summer, it was not an issue. The breakfast wasn't spectacular but it was sufficient and yummy. Everyone in our group was pleased. The pool was great. The neighborhood was quiet. Not many restaurant options near by but there were 3 or 4 and a coin laundry near by too.

Excellent service!

We had arranged to leave our bags at reception as we areived before check out but when we arrived they let us check in early which was fantastic. During our stay we made use of the free bicycles everyday, this is a great way to get around Chiang Mai (the bikes are quite old so it hard work) and we rented a scooter from the hotel (300 thb per day and 3000thb deposit (as far as i could see they only have one for rent) for bigger excursions. The staff were friendly and very, very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The location os good, its quiet but also a long trek into the main part of Chiang Mai. There is a nice pool which is nice for a cool off after a day out.

I must say. This place was amazing! Rooms are super clean. Staff always tried to help us get around because it is outside of the main tourist area. You will need to get their grab app to make life easier. We got our SIM card at the mall. It is close-ish to the night bazaar but we much prefer their weekend night market, food and souvenir are a lot cheaper. This area is very quiet and serene. There is a Thai restaurant right next door or you can take a 5-10 min walk to the main road where you can find local foods and 7eleven for bugs spray and pop. They have free bikes as well for use.
