We had 3 rooms for us. Those rooms were clean. Staff were very professional and polite. The only thing I probably need to mention that there was one of the shower did not drain properly, cause the bathroom flooded. Empress Premier Hotel
The breakfast lacked American variety, the bacon was raw and unappealing. The massage was average. There are two Empress hotels directly next to each other.
