We were originally booked into Willow but had to change to Briar as there was a flood in Willow before we arrived. Dee Dee ensured we still had use of the hot tub which was lovely. "The hotel had a bit of character and was well located for access to the coast and nearby sights. Our room was large and comfortable with a table and chairs, plenty of storage space. The grounds were a good size, well maintained and great for sitting outside. Dinner was very good in a conservatory dining room. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, happy to chat and offer advice on places to visit and things to do. A very enjoyable short stay "

Aylsham is a gorgeous place to visit and the unique ships, range of restaurants and warm welcome from the people who live and work there have left a really positive and heart warming impression on me. "The family room with a double bed and bunk beds for the children was a good size. The hotel even provided a Z bed free of charge for our 6`2" son in case he could not fit into the bunk bed.

"Just what you would expect from a seaside hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful we had a great evening meal, that we were not disappointed with. This was great as we really did fancy fish and chips sat beside the sea wall !! The room was well stocked with tea, water, biscuits and good to see plenty of the individual milk containers.
The breakfast was up there with the best all freshly cooked and hot."

Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did!
