"Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean. Definitely recommend. "

"We stayed in room 36 and wow wow wow was we blown away it was 5 star suit soo comfy we were looked after so well Food was excellent breakfast was amazing especially the sousage im.fussy about sousage they were gorgeous .the bath was separate room and very big and the walk in shower was big aswell our weekend was absolutely amazing we were spoilt and the swimming pool area was great took we'll be back. "Check in was easy on the app but we did struggle to get the key to work at first, when we arrived. A very friendly member of staff helped us out. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was excellent. The extractor fan in the bathroom made a weird noise like a car alarm which went on for ages after you switched the light off, but it did stop eventually. One thing to note, as you have a virtual key on your phone you don't have a key card to put in the box to switch on the...

"We visited university of Chester and stayed here for one night - it was excellent. Family room was huge for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Lots storage and nice bathroom. The hotel itself was very nice and modern and breakfast was good. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely recommend!! "
