"Our hotel (The Chester Grosvenor) was stunning and perfectly situated with a grandeur interior that oozes bundles of original features! The staff were welcoming and pleasant and nothing was too much for them. We were treated on arrival to an upgraded room, staying in a junior suite which was perfect in all areas. The City was beautiful with lots to see and do from walking the City wall to walks along the river and gardens with lots of historical points of interest to stop and absorb throughout...

The staff were friendly and did their best however were quite stretched due to a wedding function taking place over the weekend.at the hotel. The spa area was also quite busy. The restaurant food and breakfast were good."
