"Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were amazing, only issue (very minor) is the towels weren't the best. The material comes off and sticks to your skin. Other than that, I will gladly book another stay in the future."
"What a beautiful hotel! The style of the room ( I was in the Horse Racing style room) was amazingly done, modern but with traditional features, the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous! Very chic! Will definitely return again. The staff were amazing from check in to requests, nothing was too much trouble. The smell of the lobby was devine. Breakfast was delicious with great choice and a wonderfully friendly waiter. Lovely stay thank you! "

"Hotel Mercure went the extra mile to accommodate our need for a ground floor room for our disabled dog. All communications were prompt and courteous, and when we checked on the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. This all helped ease the issues of travelling with a beloved disabled pet and we really appreciated all they did for us. Would definitely recommend them, and definitely stay there again should we return to Chester. "
"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "
