"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."

(Limited option or very standard boathouse meal). You can buy prawn , crab during the cruise in the close by shops and the chef will cook that for free. "Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent."

"A beautiful tranquil overnight stay. We cruised down the backwaters, moored overnight and then cruised back the following morning. We had the whole boat to ourselves with our own chef."

"Our stay on marvel cruise was fantastic from start to finish. Very professional crew . Location is a little difficult to find but once there the trip is great. I would recommend this houseboat over and above others that we have been on."
