Smoky Falls Lodge
"Clean room, nice office staff, almost no water pressure at all, tiny room, the restaurant had a live band just a few yards from our room until 10:00 at night. We were not told that would happen. Heater didn’t ever shut off, room was run down."

Best Western Smoky Mountain Inn
"Really nice people but our room was not nice. The bathroom was so small the door almost wouldn’t shut, and the room had bugs. Big containers were in the parking lot, and we think the construction next door is going to be a new Best Western."
