"Air conditioning that does not work in the heat is pointless. Lovely room and hotel spoilt by weak and pointless air conditioning and windows that did not open properly. Response from reception staff was that the air conditioning units couldn’t cope with the heat. Hard to believe. Was singularly unimpressed with the lack of customer service."

"Breakfast very poor both days Closed the outside seating area (30d) and restaurant for a private party,they should think about the people staying in hotel o they did not. Check out,come down stairs to reception you could not move for people and also outside on pavement. + Room was excellent plus the Bar staff was excellent."
