Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Excellent communication Easy check in Great property, very central to be able to walk everywhere in Cheltenham. Would highly recommend. Only thing I would say for others is we presumed 3 bathrooms meant 3 toilets, however there is : 1 bedroom with an en-suite shower and two sinks. And then shared between the next bedroom is a tiny shower/ loo and sink. Ground floor there is a large bedroom and huge bathroom with shower and separate bath. We did not utilise the hot tub in the garden but it was a substantial size, Many thanks
