Depending on where you're coming from, your trip to Mykonos could be completely stress-free or it could drag on forever. We've compiled some useful travel tips that will help you start your next great adventure on a positive note. What to pack in your hand luggage:

• A plane trip can be a pleasure if you've got all the right gear. • You've probably heard about deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clot condition caused by prolonged periods of sitting. To lower your risk on board, stay hydrated, consider wearing compression socks and keep your feet and legs moving.

• Have your travel documents and passport within easy reach. They'll be the first things you'll be asked to present to security.
