"Our one night stay offered everything we needed. 10 minutes from the center of Narbonne, Novotel has easy parking and easy freeway access. The pool is large and welcoming, and they have towels for guests. The reception area and bar have lots of natural light. The best surprise was that the fitness center has new equipment and air conditioning - rare in France. It’s not large but was nice. Highly recommend. And the town of Norbonne has a magnificent cathedral and palace - worth a short visit."

"Staff at check in helpful and attentive. Clean room, except for penultimate night, but no big deal. Easy to access from Autoroute with simple access into Narbonne Thoughtfully placed us on quiet side of building. Parking always easy and felt secure. Decent breakfast provision. Would certainly choose to stay again."

"The hotel room had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a real bonus given that the heat wave hit when we arrived. The kitchen is very small but functional. We only used the fridge and the kettle. The staff were very helpful. They were patient with my hubby's French and responded to him in French. They were also fluent in English and was very responsive to me when I spoke to them in English."

"Our room was perfect in every respect. The staff were fantastic and were able to accommodate our unexpected early arrival and subsequent check-in. This enabled us to take in a walk alongside the lagoon which is a short walk from the property. We had room service and breakfast which we enjoyed immensely. Thanks to the hosts for a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend."

"If you are going to The Grands Buffets you cannot find a better location. We like the locked parking lot, the short distance to the buffet and downtown. The place is really clean, and the beds comfortable."
