"We have stayed here before but this time it was not the best. The bathroom and the shower didnt seem clean but I let that pass, no big deal but then when it came time to shower the water wasn't working and we did notify staff. It came back but the water would go from hot to cold. I was not happy at first but the breakfast was included with our stay and so the next day we did enjoy breakfast. No complaints the food was good but since we ordered an extra drink besides the coffee they charged us for the orange juice which is no issue. They told me it was 65 pesos so I left 200 pesos to pay and the rest tip. The next day I decided to look at the menu online, and it says the OJ is 45 pesos. I know it is not much what bothers me is the dishonesty unless their menu is not accurate online idk but that was my experience."

"The place was great! Very clean and relaxing. There was a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, & spa. We didn’t stay at the hotel much, but it was peaceful, beautiful place to stay. It’s about 10-15 minutes from wineries & food places. The road is very drivable & there was security 24/7. Check-in was fast & easy, & they even helped setup a driver for the day. I’ll be back!!"

"Mi estancia fue muy relajante, pudimos caminar entre los viñedos, nadar en la albercas, usar el jacuzzi y hacer una figata durante la noche. Tienen asadores, e inmubiliario en el area de la alberca, estacionamiento, una pequeña area de juegos y un restaurante con precios accesibles. Regaderas/baños disponible por si solo se obtiene el pase del dia. "

"Beware of the picture of the room you chose We booked a presidential suite. The pictures were very miss Lady. It looks like there should be a hot tub in the room, but that was in a correct. The Lady at the desk. It was not very helpful. Said I’m sorry, but that’s the room you booked. There’s nothing I can do about it. Pretty disappointed after we upgraded to this room. There’s no elevators on property nor some one to help you with bags so pack light. "

Everyone on property was very attentive to our needs, it felt very warmth and personalized. Specially Christian and alert. I would very much recommend this resort and will come back"
