Beautiful space, super comfortable and safe. The pool was lovely and huge as well as the room. Also loved the private patio space and shared spaces. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

This Hotel is not Pet Friendly! It’s is if you give them 100 dollars a night for your pet ! Pool was cold , jacuzzi cold , restaurant was closed the bar was closed !

This hotel is a beautiful and quiet stay. Often, we found ourselves the only ones at the pool. The couples massage we had was superb and the therapists were so kind. The security staff was also incredibly kind and we always felt safe in this hotel. However, we would recommend to double check everything- we were overcharged at the spa because the USD and MXN listed prices varied significantly and sadly also did not receive the wine in our package. There is only one fire pit and unfortunately claimed when we had hoped to sit. We wanted to go to the cafe on Saturday morning, but it was closed so we never had the chance to take advantage of some amenities as listed. Also the bar up top of the pool wasn’t staffed when we went which was unfortunate because the views were outstanding. Lastly, we never had warm water in the shower or bath, so we could not use the bath tub as part of our luxury room. The duvet was also dirty upon arrival but the housekeeping staff did not change as requested. It’s stunning, but a little disappointed in our experience- especially for the price and expecting luxury.

Great hotel, the property is top notch, very nice details in the room. Plan on staying again when ever in Valle. We have stayed at Bruma, Encuentro, and liked this better. The location is also right next to very good wineries, Adobe Gaudalupe, Monte Xanic, Camou and EMEVE. Great staff as well! Thanks!!! Gracias!!!

Spectacular resort in Valle. The rooms are pristine, bed and linens top quality, loved the private terrace. Pool and spa are perfect, and the restaurants are beautiful as delicious. Service is also fantastic. Private security makes you feel safe. I highly recommend it.
