We stayed in the king suite, upon arrival we noticed a damp/musty smell then we noticed water damage to a wall. The only item we did not like was that when taking a bath or shower the water was not hot enough. During a shower the water went completely cold. Probably an easy fix for the property. Everything else was top notch wonderful- breakfast was excellent, staff very nice and accommodating. I am recommending ...

While the inn wasn’t quite what I was expecting, it met our needs. The rooms were clean but definitely dated. The mattress sagged in a way that made me feel I might roll right off. Very nice staff! Well located, indoor parking, nice bar/lounge, room was clean and nicely appointed, excellent breakfast.

ฮอลิเดย์ อินน์ ชาร์ลอตส์วิลล์-ยูนิเวอร์ซิตี้ แอเรีย บาย IHG
Halls were dark and dingy. Room was also dark with musty smell. Gym was dirty with bugs and seem to have not been cleaned in a while.
