John on the front desk is amazing, he has energetic and friendly vibes. The hotel is one of the great hotel that we stayed so far with the very affordable price! we want to stay in Towneplace again in the future!

Excellent stay!

Staff made you feel comfortable and “at home” as soon as I walked through the door. Very friendly. Checked out a day early only because I needed to get closer to airport due to winter storm. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of choices.

Enjoyed our stay.

Room in great condition, well equiped, Comfortable bed, thick towels. Breakfast had good variety of selections. Restaurants were across the parking lot. The pool was closed for maintenance but we were allowed to go to hotel across the street to swim.

Overnight trip

We were traveling back home from a vacation and decided to break up the trip. We really enjoyed the hotel. The pool was under maintenance, but we were given permission to swim at their sister hotel. The morning breakfast was very solid and well stocked.

The kitchen plug did not work, the coffee pot was not clean, the recycling had not been emptied from previous person The front desk people were great, the room was clean and supplied well (other than above). Lots of storage space. Nice to have a full kitchen, even for a short stay.

Adequate, Convenient

The representative, who assisted with my check in was exceptional – prompt, friendly, and helpful. She was very efficient with the check in process. The main issue that I had was that housekeeping did not empty the kitchen trashcan, so it was full from the previous guest. I can understand that oversights happen once in awhile, so this didn’t make or break my stay, but it is always nice when details like this are not missed! Overall, the property has a bit of age on it, though was very convenient. Finally, it’s always appreciated when breakfast is included!

I typically try to avoid leaving negative reviews as I know that things can happen but unfortunately I was not left with a choice this time. We arrived slightly later than planned (around 10:30pm). As I went to check in the person ahead of me was checking out and ensuring their card would not be charged for whatever reason they were leaving. This let me to think they had experienced some sort of issue but I didn’t think much of it. I checked in and we got to our room. The room itself felt somewhat dated and not very clean. There was a strange odor in the room. I was going to write it off as a potential lack of help until we pulled out the sofa bed for my kids to sleep. The mattress looked terribly dirty and there were several visible bedbugs in numerous places. This was the dealbreaker for us and we notified the front desk of the issue and they allowed us to leave with no penalty so we were able to find accommodations elsewhere. When we arrived at the desk to let them know what was happening the two employees were talking and discussing a “list” of issues that had been encountered that evening that had been documented on a piece of paper. This led me to believe the issues I discovered were likely not an isolated incident but that the staff was aware and hopefully working to find resolution. This stay was certainly not what I expected but I hope that they can solve their issues and provide a positive guest experience for visitors in the future.

3 rooms before we got one that would open with a key card! The room was so dirty!!!! I no shower covered in mold. Broken garbage disposal, which was full of old food and smelled horrible!!! We won’t stay here again.
