Process of booking was easy and overall good hotel and close to restaurants. Clean pool and the air freshener used within the hotel smelled amazing! Our room was a bit smaller than it looked online and the advertisement of the breakfast buffet was a bit deceiving as it’s a general continental breakfast.

This hotel is very well kept. The room we were in was clean and the bed is very comfortable. I was also impressed that they have hand wash in the bathroom because I usually have to pack my own. Over all, I strongly recommend this hotel if you're stopping in the area.

The walls were very thin so you could hear everything around you. They did not provide enough towels for 2 people staying more than 1 night. Worst of all was the absolutely insane sounds the air conditioner unit made. I'm all about some white noise to sleep with but this sounded like metal being ground up combined with machinery. It was absolutely awful and there was nothing the front desk could do. We opted to just leave it off at night and thankfully the weather was cook enough that it didn't get too hot. Oh and the awful machine they had putting out a cheap cologne smell in the hallways was unpleasant. Almost an instant migraine from the overpowering smell. Room and facilities were otherwise decent.

Excellent hotel and great location!!

The staff was amazing and a very clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing 0.5 miles from Birkdale Village with lots of shopping, restaurants, and live music. It is also a mile from Lake Norman and 10 minutes from the Huntersville Aquatic Center. Great hotel and a great location! There is a pool but no hot tub.

I loved my stay here and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I had an extended stay due to some unfortunate circumstances with my place getting ready, but they made it a very pleasant time. You won’t regret staying here at all!
