"We stayed in the Executive King suite with the Jacuzzi tub. For starters the room smelled like an ashtray. The bed was so uncomfortable and the hideabed was even worse. The coffee was terrible and not Starbucks as shown in the pictures definitely wouldn't reccomend."

"Only about 4 TV channels to watch while you want to relax at night I guess you get what you pay for right , not very helpful front desk practicly accused minute of checking in ' That I may steal towels from them ' ! Like what ? In a polite way they should've said " For Incidentals " not oh you may steal ! Judgemental or what ? Then the older guy afternoon shift not friendly at all either , a Smile wouldn't hurt or have a good day . The room was outdated but then of course you get what you pay...

"It had a pool, even though I didnt get to use it. Hottub was not working, but the air conditioning was working but no instructions on how to use it"

"The room I had was clean and well appointed. I noticed a couple of things that could be improved upon. The Bath Towel should be within reach of the Bath. A small thing but a safety issue. The shower curtain rod should be replaced or refinished. This is a minor item, but shows attention to detail, as with the lack of slow close toilet seat. A small thing but a nice detail in the industry. Otherwise, at the price point for a king suite, with breakfast included, this is a good spot."

"The room was clean and quiet. The man at the desk seemed annoyed when I was trying to check in and out putting paper work Head of customer service. He also seemed disheveled. Other than his rudeness it was a pleasant experience"

"There were four to five people in staying and they put my husband and I in an adjoining room next to an older couple who had their tv blaring all night. We couldn't sleep well. Early in the am when the couple next door decided to get up I could hear their conversation word for word. I let the front desk know we had a terrible stay among. The front desk gentlemen advised he had contacted expedia and they would refund my stay. He couldn't as I had already paid to expedia. Called expedia a week...

"This property is not in a good part of town. There were lots of homeless people in the area. My vehicle was too tall to fit in the parkade and they only had 4 spots for oversized vehicles. However all 4 spots were filled with cars, not trucks. There must have been an event happening as there constantly people going in and out of the lobby smoking out front. The hotel was loud"
