"Perfect location by the tower of Charles bridge. The location was supreme. There is a grocery store right across from the hotel. The staff were amazing with free breakfast. Free ticket to visit the tower for all hotel guests. "

"Great spot in old town, easy walk everywhere; cooking/walking facilities fine with lots of little touches (oil, salt, tea/coffee, fine toiletries etc). Does have stairs but we in 70s and was fine! They kept in contact prior to arriving, and organised driver from station for us. Prague stunning and easy access to all best spots from here- deserves ‘chic’!"

When there was a small mix-up with the apartment, they handled it promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to make things right. "The Emblem is located in an unparallel location. Literally 2 streets from the Old Town square, but located on a quiet street. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but you get used to it, and you are not really in the room most of the time anyways. Would definitely recommend."
