"Very nice hotel minutes outside of Utica so very convenient if visiting Utica. Very quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Pub bar type restaurant with good food. Pool looked lovely and clean even though we did not use it many people were out enjoying it. "

"The Utica New York Red roof never disappoints I've been there multiple multiple multiple times and I've never had a bad experience the place is clean the beds are comfortable they're there to help you with anything you need but what makes them separates them from everyone else is the service they're not selling beds or places to sleep they're selling service and boy do they know how to do it so if you ever need a place in the Utica area give them a shot you won't be disappointed I promise"
"I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience.
