"Staff at check-in caused us to wait for about 30 minutes. As he was trying to help people check in, he was also answering the phones and helping people there, too. Very unprofessional to be waiting on someone, then ask them to wait while you sort something else out for 5-10 minutes. There were 3 people ahead of us, and he did this at least 3 or 4 times. Frustrating."

"Stayed here for two nights while passing through town and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, and everything worked as it should. "Price can vary a lot. I hit Montreal on the last day of Formula 1 so it was very expensive. However with the price you pay for, the cleanliness could be improved. There was dust and bits along the edge of the mattress. Mattress was fairly thin. Staffs were helpful and you can tell the cleaning staffs were really trying to keep up the cleanliness of the sharing space. It was just too many people. Showers were too small. Some of things like bathroom door were broken over the time I stayed...

"location is unbeatable if you don't wanna stay in Montreal. 10min walk to Metro, 5min walk to Walmart and right in the heart of a big shopping center. A nice restaurant and a bar are in the lobby too. there is a nespresso machine and a microwave in the room which are really helpful. room cleaning is done daily which for us with an infant was really needed. they don't provide free bottled water but apparently tap water is good to drink and there is a water kinda fountain in the lobby too. all in...
