"Booked 5 rooms for 6 nights couldn’t fault the rooms ,rooms spotless , bonus they changed the bedding and towels on after the 3rd night . On site supermarket , Restaurant and bar , all great prices , great pool The walk into town about 20mins the road not great , but we used BOLT cost €2.50 one way We loved it and would recommend "

La habitación es amplia pero antigua y el baño está muy antiguo, en las cortinas de la ducha indica Hotel Mónaco 3 estrellas que es lo que debería ser. "Clean room "

"Lovely hotel but I can really see why it’s a 4 star! I was by myself and found staff to be very nice and polite. The pinch points were the bar - just hire more staff. There was always a queue. I didn’t go all inclusive but food and drinks I thought was reasonably well ish priced. The other frustration was I got put in a room in the corner which was a bit sad. I understand it was their basic room but it just lacked the luxury a bit. The local area and cute shops are worth the short walk into...

"Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Broken AC, cold pools, weird sewer smell. Not sure how this is considered a 4 star. With some time and effort spent into upgrading , could be lovely! Food is also really bad :( Won’t be back to stay here!"

"The rooftop was great with fab views of the harbour and breakfast was good. The room was basic but comfortable. The pool is quite small and can get a little overcrowded. Excellent spot for visiting Faro. Don’t miss the boat trip on the Ria Formosa. Really worth visiting ."

"We went as a family of 4 with a 10 and 12 year old. We had such a lovely stay. We had a family room which was perfect because the kids had their own room and bathroom. All the staff were friendly. It’s the first hotel we have been to where we didn’t have to wake up so early to get sunbeds. The breakfast was plentiful and lunch at the pool bar was good quality. The gym was brilliant. We went to Rubi bar every evening for a drink - the cocktails are very good. We would definitely come back....

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - it was clean, spacious and had a huge balcony overlooking one of many pools. The property is huge (recommend a buggy if you have small children) which meant you never felt crowded, had the choice of lots of different restaurants, bars and pools. The property is beautifully kept"
