"Room - King with Balcony view - small balcony but too hot to sit there away . Airconditioning very good and welcoming after walking . Staff - pleasant and helpful always smiling even in hot weather . Pool - very clean although could do with more deck lounges especially in the afternoon when people return from outings to relax and chill around pool. breakfast - very plentiful with every conceivable taste catered for . Shops - very close although do not open until 10 except cafes for breakfast/coffees which allows you time to eat leisurely breakfast then short walkabout before entering airconditioned shops . Would definitely stay there again next travelling to/from UK/Australia ."

"It is certainly very convenient here for the next day flight I was in Singapore for. Ten minute walk from the Jewel too. Pleasant pool and extremely friendly and helpful staff. While I wished I had had more time to stay in downtown, I simply did not have time but the comfort and convenience of the hotel made for a very convivial stopover."
