"Personnel aux petits soins c'est très reposant. Séjour déroulé le dernier week-end de févier sous un soleil changeant, mais le dernier jour nous avons pu faire une grande ballade au milieu des vignes qui sont au pied de l'hôtel. C'était magnifique avec le soleil. Le spa et la piscine sont top même en hiver doux comme ce week-end 12-14°C. La piscine est chauffée donc au un problème même à 9h du matin. Sinon la chambre deluxe est bien mais l'éclairage est un peu faible ou compliqué à notre goût....

"We stayed in a superior double and it was very well appointed. Vaulted ceiling as using roof space, quality furniture and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and to a very high standard. The breakfast room is delightful and everything is beautiful, well considered and of a high quality. Antiques and curios in abundance."

"Goed hotel, eenvoudig. Zeer basic met bed, een stoel, kleine kast voor spulletjes en wat ruimte om en jas oo the hangen. Douchen kan, wc en wastafel ks in een plastic unit ingebouwd in de kamer. Alles netjes en schoon, goede douch met warm water, niets op aan te merken, zeker niet voor deze prijs. Voor ontbijt geldt hetzelfde, geen luxe zoals.Verse kaas of worst, wel jam en boter. Croissantjes, brioche, melkbrood, harde broodjes en Nescafe koffie. Kortom voor een bezoek van de champagne streek...

"Zimmer sind funktional,sauber, aber klein. Innenstadt Lage optimal. Prima ist die Garage unmittelbar am Hotel. Es gibt 3tages-Tickets für 25 EUR. Man kann beliebig oft raus und rein fahren . Ebenfalls sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist der Topper auf der Matratze, der diese sehr bequem macht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen!"

"There are some big positives to this hotel but also some things to be aware of. Positives: -The owners (British husband and French wife) are delightful, friendly and helpful - The secure car park is a big plus in Epernay - it’s a nice 30 minute walk into town along the Avenue de Champagne - Breakfast is included and is good and varied -there is a nice lounge with a fire to sit in Things to note: - the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation or noise from not only the rooms...

"I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot...
