"Very friendly and service minded staff. I needed to bath my foot every day and they willingly found a bucket and brought boiling water to the room every night. The hotel is generally a bit cold. However, it did have hot water in the shower, which has not been a given at the hotels we have stayed at in Peru. "The 24 Hour Clinic right next door is a HUGE benefit. One of our travelers suffered from altitude sickness and had to be admitted. I tear up recalling how helpful the Staff at the hotel was. They helped me get my family and our suit cases into our room while I focused on our ailing travel companion. I never felt like part of the family at a hotel, but this place showed me what it's like. I cannot be more grateful than to have been led this way by other reviews. I have family in Cusco now. "

"I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...
